What’s this Monkey all about?

So, back to 1776. That was a Monkey year, a Fire Monkey year they say started Feb 19th It makes you wonder, what were folks like back then? Were they all jumpy and smart like these Monkeys are supposed to be? Maybe they were, maybe they weren’t. But it’s somethin’ to think about, ain’t it?
